Our '23-'24 Professional Development Series has ended for the year! Thanks to our partnership and funding from the Virginia Department of Education, we were able to serve over 1,200 attendees at live PD events, over 3,000 attendees on demand, and over 600 classrooms in coaching this year alone. Over the past two years, we’ve been able to provide printed versions of the curriculum and a wonderful set of children’s books to over 4,000 classrooms. Planning for 2024-2025  
At STREAMin³ we believe in the power of ongoing training and professional development to increase understanding of the curriculum and improve interactions and experiences with children. 
 
In the ‘24-’25 year, through our continued partnership with the VDOE and at no cost to you, all enrolled programs will have access to the following resources to support implementation: 

• The most up-to-date curriculum activities and resources through our *new* interactive digital curriculum portal, 

• our library of high-quality on-demand courses in Canvas/Catalog, 

• monthly live online training (virtual), 

• and monthly webinars that are always recorded for later viewing.  

We are also excited to provide direct, one-on-one coaching to a limited number of programs. Eligible Family Day Homes and Child Care Centers will be identified by the VDOE based on VQB5 Quality Ratings. We will reach out to selected programs to offer enrollment. Are you ready for it?!

The NEW portal launches in July, with all of the interactive features you need to dig into the curriculum and customize your plans from your browser, tablet or phone.  And, you’ll have access to resources and activities for all 3 ages: infant, toddler, and preschool! Some features include ways to: 

• View a scope and sequence of weekly and daily activities 
• Add Quick Activity Cards, Core Skill Routines, or STREAM Games to your Daily Plan to use during different Parts of the Day. 
• Search for lessons, games, and activity cards. 
• Mark activities you use often as favorites. 
• Submit and track Formative Assessment data to support your instruction. 
• View and share family letters and family activity cards. 

All enrolled programs will get access to the portal when it launches next month, and we will be in touch with all the details you need to log in and get started. Mark your calendars & get excited, because we can't wait for you to check it out!
